Catering Services
To secure your catering date, a non-refundable 30% retainer is required at the time of booking. Your date is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. Events booked within 7 days require full payment at the time of booking.
All payments are processed through a secure online invoice system. Nadia’s Cooked & Crafted does not accept cash or peer-to-peer payment platforms for catering services.
The retainer allows for ingredient sourcing, scheduling, and event preparation. Due to the customized nature of catering services, retainers are non-transferable within 72 hours of the scheduled event.
Meal Prep Services
Meal prep services are offered by scheduled consultation to discuss dietary preferences, portion needs, and weekly service structure.
Once your customized meal plan is approved, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your preparation slot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup or delivery.
All payments are processed through a secure online invoice system. Payment must be completed prior to service.
Because meal prep involves advance ingredient purchasing and scheduled preparation time, cancellations made within 48 hours are non-transferable.
Recurring clients may qualify for structured weekly billing and simplified invoicing options.
Consultations are available in limited weekly time slots to ensure dedicated attention to each client.
